Sarah Kirkham is an Ayurveda practitioner. She has 22 years experience in complementary healthcare. She graduated from Middlesex University UK with an MSc in Ayurveda. Sarah uses the healing modalities of Ayurveda (Indian Medicine), Reflexology and Flower Remedies. She was an intern at the Asha Yoga Peetam Trust at the AVP Ayurveda Hospital in Coimbatore, South India for 9 months.
Currently she has an Ayurveda practice Central London and volunteers for children's projects in South India.
Sarah has a love of nature, especially flowers and herbs and she has a passion for encouraging everyone to eat seasonal fruit and vegetables and live in tune with nature and the environment.
